The rooms are modern in decor with one double size bed. The decor of the rooms may vary; some rooms are carpeted while some rooms are tiled. Average size is 200-225 square feet. Please note that all rooms are designated non-smoking. People, who smoke, permit smoking or otherwise cause the odor of smoking in hotel room will be assessed a smoke elimination fee of USD250.00 at or following check-out. There are few options at the property; a pizzeria pub and a Japanese restaurant located on the ground floor, a breakfast and brunch restaurant and a Japanese Bar located on the lobby level. The 44-story hotel towers over the adjacent Ala Wai Canal and its promenade. Parking structure adjacent to the building. Pool deck located on the 6th floor. Mid-size lobby with a jewelry and a convenience store, internet kiosk and car rental. A choice of affordable accommodations makes the hotel a superb value. This is one of the closest hotels to Hawaii Convention Center. Ala Moana Shopping Center, numerous restaurants, the bus line, and the vibrant Waikiki night life is within close proximity. Nearest Beach Park Fort DeRussey is a great alternative to the crowded Waikiki Beach and offers ample space, picnic tables, beach volleyball and water sports.
